Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car place. We had a really tricky problem with our interior and they went above and beyond, staying after hours to keep working on it. I get really intimidated at car shops and I didn’t feel uncomfortable or talked-down-to for one second here. I will not hesitate to recommend Loupe to friends and I will be going back there again if I need to in the future.

This is the second time I’ve brought my car in to Loupe for an interior and exterior cleaning/treatment. As always… The results did not disappoint! My 2019 Volkswagen came out looking showroom new… Both inside and out. Their online booking tool is very easy to use, and the people working there are incredibly nice to deal with. Overall, I highly recommend the services provided by Loupe… and would encourage anyone looking for detailing services in the Buffalo area to give them a try… you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing! Having a small child and dogs in the car, you would never know! The option to have them come to the house to clean was an excellent option! Team was professional, took their time and cleaned every inch of the vehicle! Highly recommend! I will absolutely use them again!

I own a lawn and landscaping company. I had both of the work trucks detailed after a season of dirt grass oil and grime build up and it looks like they were used only groceries. Great customer service and the attention to detail is amazing. I would recommend Loupe Detailing to anyone looking for an amazing clean car. Will return next season
